How does Payswif work?

Payswif was design to operate as an unbanked payment solution. This means all you need to get started with us is a mobile smartphone or any internet enabled PC; no bank account required. Payswif allows you to add funds to your account by recharging at various agents locations or through online means such as Paypal,CashApp, Zelle, SVG Credit Unions, Debit and Credit Cards. Your balance can then be sent to other users of Payswif or used to execute in app services for Bill Payments and  Mobile Credit Topups for Digicel or Flow.

You can even start an online business or pay for goods and services using Payswif in just a few clicks.

Can I receive money through Payswif?

Yes, you can receive money from almost any country in the world into your payswif account. Please read our pricing page for more information here.

Can I send money to persons or businesses overseas?

Payswif offers a variety of ways to send money across borders. You can send money via withdrawals to Zelle, Banks, CashApp or Paypal international account holders.Please note currency conversion fees by banks maybe be applied on the receiving end of the transactions.

How do I recharge my account?

What are the rates associated with Payswif?

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee for your Payswif account. Recharging (topping-up) your account at our HQ does not incur any fee.

Does Payswif require a bank account?

You can create and use your Payswif account in just a few minutes after registration. Adding a bank account or credit union account in Payswif is optional. View our video tutorials here

Is there a Payswif App?

How do I earn money as an agent?

As an Agent you are allowed to sell our digital currency swifcash to other Payswif users to conduct payments on the Payswif Network.In addition, agents can resell other services within the Payswif platform such as Bill Payments and mobile credit topups.

What currencies do Payswif support?

Payswif accounts use Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC,XCD) as its main currency within the digital wallet. When making payments customers will have the option of paying through USD when using card payments options; should the card holder’s account operate within another currency then conversions are done automatically to USD. Please note conversion fees may apply to the customer outside the scope of Payswif when using third-party payment options.
