How does Payswif work?

Payswif was design to operate as an unbanked payment solution. This means all you need to get started with us is a mobile smartphone or any internet enabled device; no bank account required. Payswif allows you to add funds to your account by recharging through online means such as Paypal, Zelle, SVG Credit Unions and Debit and Credit Cards.

Your balance can then be sent to other users of Payswif or used to execute in app services for Bill Payments and  Mobile Credit Topups for Digicel or Flow.

You can even start an online business or pay for goods and services using Payswif in just a few clicks.

How can I send money to someone?

Firstly, the receiver must have a payswif account, they can install the app here also use the tutorial video on registering to help.

As the sender you are not required to register or install the app, this is only optional for you.

the receiver can then send a quick money request link and you can use your debit,credit card or paypal to send money to them instantly. See how to request money here

Where is Payswif's Head Office?

Can I receive money through Payswif?

Yes, you can receive money from almost any country in the world into your payswif account. Please read our pricing page for more information here.

  2. Navigate to the Homepage
  3. Click Quick Money Request
  4. Send the Link via Whatsapp

You can use more customized Payment links from the Receive Page of the App. Senders are not required to create a Payswif account when using a debit-credit card or Paypal to send you funds.

Can I send money to persons or businesses overseas?

Payswif offers a variety of ways to send money across borders. You can send money via withdrawals to Zelle, Banks or Paypal international account holders. Please note currency conversion fees by banks maybe be applied on the receiving end of the transactions.

How do I recharge my account?

  3. Via local & international bank transfers from an account in your name (1-5 business days)
  4. Via Zellepay USA Bank transfers from an account in your name (1-2 business days)

How do I take money out of Payswif?

To withdraw money out of Payswif there are various methods, including cash at our office or sending to a financial institution. Watch the help videos here 

What are the rates associated with Payswif?

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee for your Payswif account. Recharging (topping-up) your account at our HQ does not incur any fee.

Does Payswif require a bank account?

You can create and use your Payswif account in just a few minutes after registration. Adding a bank account or credit union account in Payswif is optional. View our video tutorials here

Do I need a form of ID to collect money?

Yes you are required to have 1 piece of valid ID ( National ID, Driver’s ID, Farmer’s ID or Passport) please read withdrawal limits here.

Is there a Payswif Mobile App?

Yes you can install our android or iOS app here and if you are happy with the service please don’t hesitate to leave us a positive review on the appstores, it really helps!

What currencies do Payswif support?

Payswif accounts use Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC,XCD) as its main currency within the digital wallet. When making payments customers will have the option of paying through USD when using card payments options; should the card holder’s account operate within another currency then conversions are done automatically to USD. Please note conversion fees may apply to the customer outside the scope of Payswif when using third-party payment options.
